Consultation on Drainage Works

• Consultation with PUB(C&W) on Drainage Matters

  Qualified Persons (QPs) could meet PUB (C&W) officers to discuss Drainage Interpretation Plan (DIP), Drainage Requirements, Code of Practice's Requirements, submission procedure and other drainage matters on every Monday to Friday morning (9.00 am-12 noon) at the walk-in consultation sessions.

  For urgent clarification, QPs could call the officers between 2.00pm- 5.00pm.

  QPs are advised to bring along the Project Reference and the necessary documents, such as detailed layout, proposed plans, the Drainage Interpretation Plan (DIP) and survey plan when attending the walk-in consultation session.

• Process for Walk-in Consultations at Customer Service Centre, 2nd storey, Environment Building
  1. QP proceeds to 2nd Storey, Environment Building, Customer Service Centre. QP may check with the Security Counter for directions.
  2. QP registers at the reception desk,Customer Service Centre and fill up a Drainage consultation form.
  3. The reception officer assigns a room for the consultation and inform the respective PUB(C&W) officer to attend to the QP.
  4. PUB(C&W) officer meets QP at the assigned meeting room.
  5. At the end of the consultation, PUB(C&W) officer updates the consultation form and provides one set of the form to the QP.
