SPLASH OF FUN @ MARINA BARRAGE

For a day of fun and games, head down to the Marina Barrage on Sat(Nov 1) from 10 am to 6 pm and Sun(Nov 2) from 10 am to 4 pm. To celebrate the opening of Marina Barrage, a series of activities have been lined up for the public.

Water enthusiasts can look forward to free water activity try-outs like kayaking and aqua bikes ( Sat 10am-6 pm, Sun 10 am-5.30 pm). At the City of Gardens and Water zone, children can catch PUB’s mascot, Water Wally in action during the Water Wally shows and get free Water Wally tattoos or take part in colouring activities.

Join Class 95 DJs Yaz, Vernetta & Carol, and YES 933 DJs Peifen, Weibin & Ivy from Oct 31 to Nov 2 as they report live on the happenings at Marina Barrage!

Note: The minimum age for the water activities try-out is 12 years old. Please bring extra clothing for the water activities.

How to get there?

• By car, get onto the ECP and head for Marina South.
• There will be water taxi ferry service from Merlion Park/Esplanade jetty to Marina Barrage and back from 9.30am to 6.30pm on 1 and 2 Nov.
• Free shuttle service from Marina Bay MRT station on 1 and 2 Nov
  1 Nov 2008 – 9am to 9pm
  2 Nov 2008- 8am to 4pm
