Information on Sewerage and Sanitary Works
- Pre-consultation with PUB(WRN) on Sewerage Matters
QPs may walk in to consult PUB (WRN) on the Sewer Interpretation Plan (SIP), Sewerage Requirements, Code of Practice's Requirements, Protection and Prevention of Damage to the Sewerage system, submission procedure, etc on every Monday to Friday morning (9.00 am-12 noon).
Besides the walk-in pre-consultation sessions, QP can call the officers at 2.00pm- 5.00pm should he need urgent clarification.
QP shall provide the Project Reference and the necessary documents, detailed layout and proposed plans and the Sewer Interpretation Plan (SIP) when attending the walk-in consultation session.
- Procedure for Walk-in Consultations at Customer Service Centre, 2nd storey, ENV Annex Building
- QP will be directed by the Security Counter to the Customer Service Centre at the 2nd Storey, ENV Annex Building.
- The QP will enquire at the reception desk at the Customer Service Centre
- The staff on duty at the reception will assign a room for the consultation and inform the respective PUB officer to attend to the query.
- The staff at the reception will also pass over the appropriate forms for the the QPs to fill in while waiting for the staff.
- PUB staff will attend to the QPs’ queries at the assigned meeting room.
- At the end of the consultation, the forms will be photocopied – one set of forms to be kept by the QP and the other to be kept by PUB staff.
