Information on Sewerage and Sanitary Works

Pre-consultation

Walk-in consultation with PUB on the Sewer Interpretation Plan(SIP), Sewerage Requirements, Code of Practice's Requirements, Protection and Prevention of Damage to the Sewerage System, submission procedure is available from Monday to Friday between 9am and 12 noon.

Qualified Person (QP) can also call PUB from Monday to Friday between 2pm and 5pm for urgent clarification.

Upon enquiring, QP shall provide project reference and necessary documents, detailed layout and proposed plans as well as Sewer Interpretation Plan (SIP).

Walk-in Consultations

Venue: Customer Service Centre, 2nd storey, Environment Building Annex Building

1. QP can ask for an appointment at the Customer Service Centre’s reception.
2. The duty officer will assign a room for consultation and inform officer in-charge on the enquiry.  
3. QP will have to complete a form before meeting the office in-charge.
4. After the consultation, a copy of the filled form will be given to the QP
5. PUB will keep the original copy for record.
