Is my business part of the Phase 1 rollout?

PUB is installing 300,000 smart water meters across seven locations in Singapore in the first phase of the programme. If your business is part of this phase, you will receive an installation notice at least one (1) week before the installation date.

For selected business owners that use a big meter, our appointed contractor will contact you directly to schedule an appointment.

What do I do once my meter is installed?

You will receive an invitation letter after installation to create an account on MySmartWaterMeter. Activate your account to enjoy access to your water usage data and receive leak detection alerts.
