Marina Barrage offers rental services for its meeting room and open spaces. To make an application, please download the following booking forms:
• If you are applying under your organisation's name, please download the Application Form for Organisations.
• If you are applying under your own name, please download the Application Form for Individuals.
Please submit your completed form to PUB_MB_Events@pub.gov.sg. Our officers will contact you within 5 working days.
PUB's approval is required prior to holding any events or work related to events at the Marina Reservoir.
The completed Event Permit Application form and supporting documents must be submitted to PUB in full at least five (5) weeks before the event or event set-up date. Late or incomplete submissions may result in the event being unable to proceed as scheduled.
Applicants may download the map of the Marina Reservoir or use Onemap and similar platforms to indicate the location of their events. All participants are required to adhere to the code of conduct for events at the reservoirs.
A letter will be issued upon approval of the event.
Under the Public Utilities (Reservoirs, Catchment Areas and Waterway) Regulations 2006, vessels entering Marina Reservoir and other reservoirs in Singapore must obtain Vessel Permits.
Passenger vessels carrying up to 12 people must be inspected and certified fit for the intended purpose by a marine surveyor approved by the Board, before the permit can be issued.
