Singapore World Water Day

World Water Day is held annually on 22 March as a means of focusing attention on the importance of freshwater and advocating for the sustainable management of freshwater resources.

Many countries including Singapore commemorate World Water Day to encourage everyone to be stewards of water and use water wisely. In Singapore, World Water Day is an occasion where our 3P partners such as schools, grassroots organisations, NGOs, public agencies and private companies organise activities for the community all over the island.

Following this tradition, our 3P partners have initiated activities such as yoga, cycling and mass walk. Through these activities, Singaporeans are inspired to conserve, value and enjoy Singapore’s water resources. Visit www.singaporeworldwaterday.com to find out more.
