WaterHub - A Centre for Water Excellence

WaterHub provides a strategic platform for PUB and the Singapore water industry to leverage on for the development of water technologies, learning and networking. Positioning itself as a centre for water excellence, WaterHub supports Singapore’s efforts to become a dynamic global hydrohub. It is the launchpad of choice for both local and international water companies keen to capitalise on the business and R&D opportunities in Singapore’s water industry and the region. WaterHub is where they can develop their profile and build industry connections.

A key alliance of WaterHub is the Environment & Water Industry Programme Office (EWI) which was set up in May 2006 by Singapore’s Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources.

WaterHub supports EWI’s strategies of cluster development, capability development and internationalisation of the Singapore’s water industry through ARC@WaterHub, which are its 3 key strategic thrusts of Academy, R&D and Connect.WaterHub strives to be:

  1. An institute of advanced learning for water professionals (Academy@WaterHub)
  2. A vibrant water R&D incubator centre (R&D@WaterHub)
  3. A global water knowledge and networking hub (Connect@WaterHub)
