RESERVOIR NOTICE

2024 Singapore Canoe Sprint Championships

1. The Singapore Canoe Federation (SCF) will be conducting the Singapore Canoe Sprint Championships at the Marina Channel 1000m race lanes on the above dates and time.

    

2. SCF would like to seek your corporation to slow down the motorised vessels when the vessels are near Marina Channel and when the races are ongoing.

    

3. Please refer to the map below for the activity area.
   
   
4. All vessels are advised to slow down when entering near the activity area when approaching from Kallang Basin to reduce risk of collision of vessels.

Safety Note

1. All vessels are advised to comply with the instructions and signals given by the safety boat crew. The safety boat will display coloured flags. There could be two (2) to five (5) minutes of waiting time if the race is in progress at the time of crossing.

    

2. All vessels are advised to exercise caution and take note of the activities.

    

3. All vessels are to ply strictly within the navigational routes as set out in the map. Thank you for your cooperation and support to Canoeing at the National level.
