1. Part of Kallang Basin will be closed to all water traffic for the NYE Countdown fireworks displays from 31 Dec 2024, 2000 hrs to 1 Jan 2025, 0200 hrs. The closure limits are between the Fountain area, Merdeka Bridge and Tanjong Rhu Suspension Footbridge. Security boats will be present at the closure area. All vessels are not to enter closure area and follow the instructions and directions given by the security boats’ crew. Please refer to Map 3.
2. All vessels are to ply strictly within the navigational routes as set out in the Map 2 from 23 Dec 2024 to 3 Jan 2025.
Installation/removal works and Loading of Fireworks on Pontoons
3. There will be installation and removal work at the Kallang Basin and Republic Ave (Toilet B area) from 18 Dec 2024 till 7 Jan 2025. Please refer the Table below for the schedule of works and location maps here.

Towing of pontoons/ Cubi system from Republic Ave to firing site at Kallang Basin for positioning and anchoring.
Safety water barricades using floats lines, red buoys with flashing lights and no-entry signs will be installed. These will mark the borders indicating the NO-ENTRY ZONES.

All vessels are to keep a wide berth to the towing operations and keep clear of set up areas. (Refer to Map 1 and 2)
All vessels must not trespass into the NO-ENTRY ZONES and to ply strictly within the navigational route as set out in Map 2.
