1. Santarli Construction Pte Ltd has been appointed as the builder for the Development of Bay East Gardens by the Ministry of National Development (MND) and Gardens by the Bay (GB). A silt curtain of approximately 10 m in length was installed at the Marina Reservoir, at the outlet of the public drain beneath the Benjamin Sheares Bridge (near the Event Plaza), in October 2025 (refer to the photo below). In view of the upcoming monsoon season, we would like to carry out enhancement works to the silt curtain to prevent any silty water discharge into the Marina Reservoir.
