1. Part of Kallang Basin will be closed to all water traffic for the ONE Countdown fireworks displays from 31 Dec 2025, 20:00hrs to 1 Jan 2026, 02:00hrs. The closure limits are between the Fountain area, Merdeka Bridge and Tanjong Rhu Suspension Footbridge. Security boats will be present at the closure area. All vessels are not to enter closure area and follow the instructions and directions given by the security boat’s crew. Please refer to Map 3.
2. All vessels are to ply strictly within the navigational routes as set out in the Map 2 from 22 Dec 2025 to 7 Jan 2026.
Installation/removal works and loading of fireworks on pontoons
3. There will be installation and removal work at the Kallang Basin and Republic Ave (Public Toilet B area) from 15 Dec 2025 to 7 Jan 2026. Please refer to the table below for the schedule of works and location maps here.

Safety water barricades using float lines, red buoys with flashing lights and no-entry signs will be installed. These will mark the borders indicating the NO-ENTRY ZONES.

All vessels are to keep a wide berth to the towing operations and keep clear of setup areas. (Refer to Map 1 and 2)
All vessels must not trepass into the NO-ENTRY ZONES and to ply strictly within the navigational route as set out in Map 2 |
