1. Marina Channel will be partially closed to all water traffic for the Chingay 2026 fireworks displays on 27 and 28 Feb 2026, from 2000 hrs to 2300 hrs. All vessels are to keep clear of the safety radius and stay behind the safety boats. All vessels are advised to comply with the instructions and directions given by the safety boats’ crew. Please refer to the Maps 1 to 3 given here.
2. All vessels are to keep clear of the water barricades at Marina Channel and ply outside the water barricades at all times, during non-closure period.
Installation/removal works and Loading of Fireworks on Pontoons
3. There will be installation and removal works at the Kallang Basin (Republic Ave) and Marina Channel from 28 Jan to 5 Mar 2026. Please refer the Table below for the schedule of works.

Towing of pontoons/ Cubi system from Kallang Basin (Republic Ave) to Marina Channel for positioning and anchoring.
Safety water barricades using floats lines, red buoys with flashing lights and no-entry signs will be installed. These will mark the borders indicating the NO-ENTRY ZONES.

All vessels are to keep a wide berth to the towing operations and keep clear of set up areas. (Refer to Map 1, 2, 3)
All vessels must not trespass into the NO-ENTRY ZONES and to ply outside the safety water barricades and within the navigational route as per Map 2.
