The de-installation of pontoons at Kallang Basin (Republic Ave) will be extended to 31 Mar 2026, from 0900hrs to 1800hrs.

1. Marina Bay will be closed for water traffic between Jubilee Bridge and Helix Bridge on 13, 14 and 15 March 2026, 2000hrs to 2100hrs. Safety boats will be present at each closure limit. All vessels are not to enter Marina Bay and stay behind safety boats and water barricades. All vessels are to comply with the instructions/ directions given by the safety/security boats’ crew deployed.

2. All vessels are to keep clear of the water barricades at Marina Bay and ply outside the water barricades at all times, during non-closure period.

Installation/Removal Works and Loading of Fireworks on Pontoons

3. There will be installation and removal works in Kallang Basin and Marina Bay from 1 March 2026 to 23 March 2026. Please refer to the table below for the schedule of works/activities and the location maps.

Safety water barricades using float lines, red buoys with flashing lights and no-entry signs will be installed to mark the NO-ENTRY ZONES.
All vessels are to keep a wide berth from towing operations and keep clear of setup areas (Refer to Map 1).

All vessels must not trespass into the NO-ENTRY ZONES and are to ply strictly within the navigational route as set out in Map 2.
6 March 2026 to 7 March 2026 09:00hrs to 18:00hrs Craning operations of fireworks onto pontoons at Kallang Basin (Republic Ave).

Towing of fireworks from Kallang Basin to Marina Bay for installation.
All vessels are to keep a wide berth from towing operations and keep clear of setup areas (Refer to Map 1).
6 March 2026 to 15 March 2026 09:00hrs to 18:00hrs Setup works at Marina Bay site. All vessels are to keep clear of setup areas (Refer to Map 2).
13, 14 and 15 March 2026 20:00hrs to 21:00hrs D Day – Full closure at Marina Bay (closure limits between Jubilee Bridge and Helix Bridge). All vessels are not to enter Marina Bay and must stay behind water barricades and safety boats.

All vessels are to comply with instructions/directions given by the safety boats’ crew (Refer to Map 3).
13, 14 and 15 March 2026 20:30hrs to 21:00hrs Show time with fireworks displays. All vessels are not to enter Marina Bay and must stay behind water barricades.

16 March 2026 to 17 March 2026 09:00hrs to 18:00hrs De-installation of pontoons at Marina Bay.

16 March 2026 to 23 March 2026 09:00hrs to 18:00hrs De-installation of pontoons at Kallang Basin (Republic Ave).

Craning operation to remove pontoon and cubis system back to storage.
All vessels are to keep clear of tear-down areas (Refer to Map 1).
