These will mark the borders indicating the NO-ENTRY ZONES. </div><div style="float:left;width:3%;"> 3. </div><div style="float:left;width:97%;"> All vessels are to keep clear of the water barricades at Marina Channel and ply outside the water barricades at all times, during non-closure period. </div><div style="float:left;width:3%;"> 4. </div><div style="float:left;width:97%;"> Marina Channel will be partially closed to all water traffic on 3 and 4 Feb 2023, from 1900 hrs to 2200 hrs.. All vessels are to keep clear of the safety radius and stay behind the safety boats.
