Closure of Fishing Deck at Serangoon Reservoir

The fishing deck at Serangoon Reservoir will be closed from 9am to 4pm on the following days to facilitate research and sampling work on biodiversity by the National University of Singapore.

For your safety, please keep a distance away from the researchers while they carry out their work. Thank you for your understanding.


Closure of Lornie Trail Section

A section of the Lornie Trail (marked in red) will be closed from 10 March 2023 to ​19 May 2023 for upgrading works.

Please use the alternative paths along Chemperai Boardwalk (marked in brown) or Lornie Park Connector (marked in blue) to access the remaining nature trails.


Fogging Schedule

Non-biting midges occur naturally in the aquatic environment. These midges do not bite or spread diseases although they could cause nuisance when present in large numbers. PUB is actively monitoring and managing midge populations at Pandan Reservoir and Bedok Reservoir through mitigating measures that control the midge population at various stages of its life cycle. Fogging is carried out to target adult midges present around the reservoir rip-rap and surrounding vegetation in the morning and/or evening during which most midges emerge. Residents and Park users are advised to plan their visits accordingly.

Cessation of PUB Counter Collection Services

Cessation of PUB Counter Collection Services at NEA Customer Service Centre at Environment Building

Collections of payments to PUB will no longer be available at the NEA Customer Service Centre at Environment Building from 1 February 2019.

Customers can continue to make payment via internet banking, online credit card and GIRO arrangement.
